Bank Accounts

To open a bank account, you will need your passport, your visa (if applicable) and a bank letter. ISH’s main reception can provide residents with a letter to open a bank account, proving your address in London, but we cannot give details of your course title or duration (a letter with this information can be requested from your place of study). Note that the online bank Monzo does not recognise ISH's address or postcode, so it is difficult to open an account with them. Alternative online providers used by ISH residents include Starling and Revolut.
