Hand Hygiene: One of the simplest ways to protect yourself from infection is to wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly and regularly. Soap and water is just as effective as sanitiser. Avoid touching your face, eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.&nbsp;
Face masks: The UK National Health Service recommends that you wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet. This is particularly important in shops and on public transport.&nbsp;
