All regular mail will be sent straight to your pigeon-hole (located on the GPS landings or in the Wills House corridor), so please check this regularly. It is possible to have parcels delivered to International Students House, but please keep this to a minimum as storage space is limited. When placing any online orders please ensure that you give your full address including your room number, as well as your full name.
If you are ordering from Amazon, please use the Amazon Lockers located in our car park to receive your delivery when available.
Kennington Lane
The mailboxes are located on the ground floor. A £10.00 deposit will be charged for the key to access your mailbox.
It is possible to have parcels and registered or ‘signed for’ letters delivered to International Students House. As storage space is limited, please keep this to a minimum.
When placing online orders, remember to include:
- Your full name
- Your room number
- ISH’s full address.
Both buildings
When your parcel or registered mail arrives, it will be logged on your ISH portal account and you will receive an automatic email notification. Please collect your items promptly from reception. Note, we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
