Paying Your Rent

The rent for the full year, or the first of two instalments, must be paid prior to or upon arrival. If you are paying in two instalments, the second must be paid by 1st December.

Any other arrangement must have a prior written agreement from the Front of House Manager. Outstanding payments will be notified in writing. Payment for the next period must be made prior to accommodation credit running out.

Any billing enquiries can be dealt with at Reception. Accounts can be viewed online via the ISH portal
