Help CenterIt is illegal to smoke or vape in enclosed public places such as restaurants, shops or pubs in England. Look out for signs and designated smoking areas or you could face a large fine.
You are not permitted to smoke, vape or use e-cigarettes in your room or anywhere else inside International Students House. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the building. Any resident found smoking inside the building will face disciplinary action and a £50 fine.
There are also steep fines of £120 - £200 for dropping cigarette butts in the street in Westminster, and £325 - £500 in Lambeth as this is considered littering.
